In our fast-paced world, we aim to catch these slips promptly, though sometimes the universe has its own timing. If your order has already embarked on its journey, we may need to await its return before we can send it back out to you, potentially with a small fee for the rerouting service. Should it find its way to an unintended destination, we trust in your ability to warmly embrace the adventure of retrieving it. Our policy, woven with understanding and care, does not extend to refunds or replacements for journeys made to incorrect addresses. This includes little detours like omitted house numbers or creatively spelled streets and postcodes.
Guiding You Home – Delivery Information
- Standard Delivery: Our trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS) aim to guide your order to you within 2-3 working days, though sometimes paths may diverge a bit longer. For these services, a gentle contribution of £4.99 is requested, with the path cleared for free delivery on orders over £50.
- Expedited Delivery: If your need is urgent and the stars align, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before the morning sun rises at 10 AM, for a £7.99 offering. Please note, during times of feast and celebration, or the beginning of the week, the universe may not always allow for such swift travel.
- International Delivery: For orders venturing beyond our shores, into Europe or further afield, we ask for patience as they make their way to you within 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-7 for destinations beyond, with a passage fee of £18.

To begin the return journey:
- Whisper to us at help@lonerhaven.com with your name, order number, and the nature of your peace-seeking return, within 30 days of its arrival.
- Send your items back in their original, untouched state. The travel costs back to us, unless due to our oversight, are part of your journey. We recommend a tracked passage as we cannot guide lost items home.
- Once we receive and honor the condition of your return, a refund for the purchase will be serenely processed.
